I assist people, organizations and businesses through change, crisis or challenges. I leverage strategic communications to solve problems and turn them into opportunities to achieve goals and objectives. I get to the heart of an issue, determining the right message for the right audience at the right time and guide you to execute those communications with excellence.

What I do

  • Lead strategic and tactical planning that includes message development, audience and channel identification to get that message out effectively and efficiently with the desired impact 
  • Create earned, owned and social media plans 
  • Identify the top reputational risks your business faces, mitigating them and helping you to communicate about them if needed
  • Develope or refresh crisis communications plans
  • Serve as communications counsel and/or an additional communications team member during a crisis
  • Work with your legal and public affairs team to solve regulatory, policy, governmental and legal issues
  • Establish community engagement strategies and work with your team to implement
  • Work with your leadership to review, bolster, align to and communicate environmental, social and good governance plans
  • Help with internal change management and turn your employees into brand ambassadors
  • Train on media and presentations.
